A deep straw yellow coloured wine made from native Piedmontese grapes. A good mineral substance in the nose accompanies citrus notes of citron, white peach, a range of aromatic herbs, acacia blossom and hawthorn.

Perfect ripeness conveys a characteristic tangy and elegant taste to the wine, while a good level of acidity accentuates the intense freshness and fruity finish.


Ideal with traditional starters such as “vitello tonnato”. Excellent with meals and perfect with fish dishes such as scallops au gratin, foil-baked grouper, mixed fried fish, swordfish and octopus and potato salad.
